For domestic purchases, we use Australia Post Registered mail as our default shipping option. Not only do you get tracking for this service, but we also offer insurance and service upgrades if you need that extra peace of mind. Delivery is usually within 3-7 business days for most Metro areas.


When it comes to international purchases, we've got a few options depending on your location. We'll ship via Australia Post International Standard, EMS, or DHL to ensure your package reaches you safely. Like with domestic shipping, tracking is available, and you can also opt for insurance and service upgrades. Delivery time varies depending on the destination country. A generous estimate is around 2-3 weeks.


Now, let's talk about custom duties and taxes. We want to be upfront with you - it's your responsibility as the purchaser to take care of these fees. But hey, we're here to help! We'll do our best to minimize the risk of attracting those pesky charges. Keep in mind, though, that this might affect your eligibility for insurance and certain courier services.

What are the T&C for returns of product?
